Surface is dry to touch after the Flash-Off Time.
Oven curing leaves substrate sufficiently dry to handle and reduces risk of humidity or particle contamination.
Post curing leaves coating fully cured and hardened.
Post curing time can be reduced by 50% using infrared curing prior to oven stage.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Waterborne KolorBond is supported by a specialized waterborne cleaning solution, which has been formulated in conjunction with Waterborne KolorBond. It is essential that the spray equipment be cleaned immediately after use to prevent damage.
REDUCTION OF WATERBORNE KOLORBOND
Waterborne KolorBond is ready to spray straight out of the can. If reduction is necessary, (as detailed in “The Application Manual – Waterborne KolorBond”), then reduce the product by up to 3% by volume using drinkable water. Further reduction will affect the performance of the coating.
If measuring viscosity of Waterborne KolorBond, do not use Zahn or Ford viscosity cups since the product is thixotropic.
Waterborne KolorBond must be stored in a building out of direct sunlight at a temperature of between 5 deg C and 35 deg C. All containers must be closed when not in use to prevent formation of skins or dry particles. Waterborne KolorBond has a shelf life of 12 months if stored correctly. Do Not Allow Waterborne KolorBond to Freeze.
